The COA is the results of the third party lab test on the final product, which shows the THC content is below the legal limit. No, There are many strains of cannabis (Hemp) that are non-psychoactive. This means you can’t get high as these strains are very low in THC, but high in CBD.

Within the U.S, you can fly with CBD products that contain less than 0.3 percent THC. However, TSA rules very much apply, in that any liquids (oils, tinctures, creams) must be less than 3 ounces in the carry on.

If you are on pharmaceutical medications, please make sure that your doctor is monitoring you and the ultimate goal would be to get off any and all pharmaceutical medications.  However, if you are on blood thinners only use the CBD paste with the hemp seed oil carrier, because the coconut oil interacts with the blood thinner.
