Thank you for your purchase and shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase/product(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us via email or call 321-371-1029 to discuss your concerns further. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol). These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

Please email if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you. We unfortunately do not offer refunds if our products did not offer the desired results. If you are still wanting to return your unopened product, please see below what is considered an acceptable return and our Replacement Process.

Only products that are damaged upon receiving your order will be replaced at our expense. If there is a problem with any product you receive, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or we will not be able to know if it was stored correctly or broken after delivery. In rare cases we might offer a product credit if the situation is relevant. If we have agreed to refund or credit you for a product, we will reimburse the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item). We do not offer any refunds on any of our Private Labeled products or White Label (No Label) products once a label has been placed on the product due to them being consumables and unsellable.

Replacement Process:

  • 1) Email us at or call 321-372-1029 ASAP to alert us that you have a damaged product within the 2 days of order arrival. Please include photos of damaged product in the box it was delivered in.
  • 2) We will at our expense ship new product to the original address.
